Hotel L'Abbaye, Calvi (Corsica)

My stay at the hotel was a mixture of highs and lows. While the rooms were spacious and had a balcony, the shallow step in the middle posed a hazard. The service was generally welcoming and helpful, although there were instances of being un-accommodating. The location was excellent, equidistant between the town and the beach, with a stunning view of the illuminated citadel. The dining experience offered a good variety of food but was considered pricey. Overall, a place with potential but needing improvements.
